Chest Workout Incline Dumbbell Press • set workout bench to slight incline (1-2 notches above flat angle) Lie back on the bench & raise the dumbbells up by your shoulders. Keep your chest upright & press the dumbbells directly upward, bring them together as you do. Once your arms are fully extended lower the weights back down to your sides, once you feel a stretch on your pectoral muscles begin to press the dumbbells up once again.
