Cincinnati Public Schools is preparing to welcome more than 35,000 students back to classrooms next week, on Aug. 20.

Low-speed vehicles are allowed on streets with a speed limit or 35 mph or lower. The City of Hamilton announced they were banned in town, but one driver said he can't find a code that bans them.
