The man who threw a sex toy onto the floor of a WNBA game has been identified by authorities on Thursday morning, August 21. A sex toy was thrown onto the floor of the Barclays Center during an August 5 game between the New York Liberty and the Dallas Wings.

Charles Burgess pleaded not guilty after voluntarily surrendering to New York authorities in connection with the August incident.

NYPD officers had been searching for the assault suspect since Aug. 5, when the incident took place at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
