AT&T customers could be eligible for payment from a class action lawsuit if they were affected by one of two 2024 data breaches. Here's what to know.

Those eligible to make a claim for one or both of the data breaches should receive an email from the address “[email protected]” with details on claimants' rights and options, according to Kroll Settlement Administration, the handlers of the settlement.

The total amount of money offered to each individual will depend on the number of affected users who submit claims and the varying degrees of personal data exposed. Users may be eligible for up to $5,000 for the 2019 data breach, and up to $2,500 for the Snowflake incident if they submit documentation to show the losses they suffered.
