Storm Goretti has brought 99mph (159km/h) winds and heavy snow to the UK, with tens of thousands of people left without power.

The Met Office warns of "dangerous stormy winds" in the south-west of England on Thursday evening - all trains have been cancelled in Cornwall from 18:00.
