Poilce say a 16-year-old boy is expected to survive after suffering serious injuries in a stabbing in Vancouver's Dunbar neighbourhood on Saturday evening.

The storm's center was located about 55 kilometres east-northeast of Tuxpan, Mexico, according to the U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami.
