Ubuntu is a free computer system, like Windows or macOS, but it’s built by a community. It’s great for programmers because it’s very flexible and has lots of tools already built-in that help you code.

I've installed OctoPrint on my workshop PC. I created a shortcut that lets me launch the webserver easily. But whenever I run it, I have a Command Prompt window that is always visible in the taskbar.
