Inter Miami are relaxed about Lionel Messi’s future with the team as the World Cup winner enters the final six months of his contract.

In just over a week, Inter Miami FC will head to Gillette Stadium to face off with the Revs for just the second time since Lionel Messi joined the club. Last year, the Argentinian shined bright in front of 65,612 fans at Foxboro, a venue record for Gillette.

Lionel Messi and Inter Miami were eliminated from the FIFA Club World Cup by Paris Saint-Germain. The team now must shift its focus back to MLS.
