For Safe Mode, you need to pick Startup Settings: You can then load standard Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking (handy for looking up problems on the web), or Safe Mode with Command Prompt.
Whatever the reason, Windows 11 includes multiple ways to boot a computer in Safe Mode using the Start menu, Settings, System Configuration, and Command Prompt.
