Hi, I'm having a hard time with the same issue,Virtualization is enabled on BIOS ( i'm on Windows 7 ). In my case i checked and there is no Hype-V installed on my machine.

If Virtualization Technology is disabled, you will not be able to access Memory Integrity or Core Isolation. To resolve the issue, we need to enable Virtualization Technology from BIOS.
