Microsofts 3D Builder vs. Tinkercad: Which is best for you? While both programs do similar things, one is not like the other.

We don’t have a 3D printer (yet), but did install and fire up the 3D Builder app from Microsoft. You can load your own 3D models or you can browse a handful of models from Microsoft.

Microsoft's 3D Builder app will allow users to print 3D objects, either from an included library or elsewhere on the Web. But calling it a "builder" is somewhat of a misnomer.
