The Genie is out of the bottle for gaming, with GoogleDeepMind's AI model now capable of taking an image and turning it into a platform game.
The latest development comes out of its DeepMind wing from its Open Endedness Team. The team has managed to create an AI model that can generate 2D platformer worlds that are, somewhat, playable.
