Announced yesterday (April 13) by developer Gamefam Studios, Sonic Speed Simulator is a Roblox game created with the help of developers on the platform, and it’s officially approved by Sega.

Sonic the Hedgehog’s official Roblox debut comes on the heels of his cinematic sequel, Sonic the Hedgehog 2. The sequel broke box office records by raking in over $71 million in its first weekend.

Roblox game developer Gamefam has teamed up with Sega to bring Sonic the Hedgehog to the Roblox platform for the first time.

Sonic is getting an official game on Roblox and it has Chaos! The “speed simulator” was made by Sega of America and Gamefam and allows you run around as Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles.

Earlier today in a press release, Sega of America, Inc. announced their partnership with game developer Gamefam along with the reveal of their new Roblox game titled Sonic Speed Simulator.
