The Network Load Balancer is available in all commercial AWS regions (minus China) and is already integrated with AWS Cloud Formation, Amazon Elastic Container Service, and EC2 Auto Scaling.

AWS also made it easier to support mixed IPv4 and IPv6 workloads. The company said users can set their AWS load balancers to dual-stack mode, letting it accept both IPv4 or IPv6 client connections.

AWS Gateway Load Balancer aims to 'make it easy and cost-effective to deploy, scale and manage the availability of third-party virtual appliances'.
