Act fast, though, because this lightning Cyber Monday deal on Roblox gift cards is selling out fast.

Roblox's creators can monetize their games with an in-game currency called Robux. That creator-driven cycle fuels the platform's growth by pulling in more players and driving them to buy more Robux.

Roblox players can now snag more Robux when purchasing the in-game currency on select platforms instead of on mobile or consoles.

With this tool, introduced on April 21st, creators are able to select which of their items should be priced regionally, and Roblox will automatically adjust them to what is optimal for a region.

However, it’s possible this change was implemented to allow Roblox to evade app store fees. The Apple App Store charges commissions and fees when software contains in-game purchases.

For the uninitiated, Roblox creators earn something called Robux by selling in-game items that grant perks and abilities. Regional pricing doesn’t yet cover avatar items, but will later in the year.
