Recently, the new Roblox desktop app rolled out to all users. The app, which was in beta for an extended period of time, is designed to unify and standardise how Roblox works across platforms.

A new app for Xbox One will allow Roblox users to share and profit from the games they've created using Roblox on PC. Roblox is a sort-of user generated MMO, aimed primarily at younger players.

The app, which features tons of games, created by programmers but also by users themselves, was originally called DynaBlocks, though the name changed to Roblox in 2005.
