A new report claims that Roblox has inflated its user numbers to placate investors and has become rife with child abuse.

Roblox says in its original complaint that PlayerAuctions disrupts and undercuts its business and economy by allowing players to buy and sell their accounts, items, and in-game currencies.

Hindenburg Research disclosed a short position in Roblox on Tuesday, alleging that the gaming platform popular among young children inflated metrics including user numbers and engagement.
