CEO and founder David Baszucki’s total compensation package is roughly 1,680 times the average annual salary of a Roblox employee, a Fortune analysis shows.

The San Mateo video game business said in a regulatory filing on Monday its chief executive's pay package went from about $6.8 million in 2020 to about $233 million in 2021.
