Hey I just noticed you're using python 32 bit which is not supported anymore. Please use 64 bit if possible.

We build SABnzbd with nice recent 64bit Python 3.11.5, but also with Python 3.8 32bit so we can release a "legacy" version that still runs on Windows 7 and on the few 32 bit systems out there.
