To convert a PowerPoint presentation, just drop it on top of your Convert to Keynote application on the desktop. Keynote will launch (if it isn’t active already) and open the file.

On the other hand, you can import a PowerPoint file into Keynote, but you cannot import Pages documents into Keynote or vice versa. You cannot import Keynote or PowerPoint files into Pages.
