Microsoft is all set to more than triple the pricing for its Bing Search APIs across all markets in what can be seen as an effort to recoup its investments into the search engine.

Several search engines and programs relying on Bing's API, including DuckDuckGo, Ecosia, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT Plus, are facing outages due to a Bing API issue.

Microsoft is pulling the plug on Bing Search API services later this year, and is pushing customers to use AI instead.
