json_extract_scalar(), json_extract() and json_size() returns NULL in some cases when it could return a value.

In the 1st case Java returns NULL, which seem incorrect. See the difference in the input string of the Q1 and Q3 - in the Q1 we have "failure_reason": None, where None is not in quotes. json_extract() ...

Suggestion: a2a.json schema need not have null types as an option for non-required properties

When the property isn't required, it seems cleaner for the user to omit it rather than giving them the option specify a null.
