QGIS is an open-source GIS desktop software package. It has many features found in other desktop GIS software, runs on Linux/Unix, MacOS and Windows operating systems, and is available at no cost.

This project will allow users to recreate the maps (minus the MHCLG logo) and also edit anything they want to. You need to have experience with QGIS in order to use this project.
