IBM、BigFixの買収で合意--スマートデータセンター計画の推進を図る

IBMは米国時間7月1日、BigFixを買収する計画を発表した。BigFixは、スマートデータセンターに向けたIBMのビジョンをさらに推進するプラットフォーム技術を提供する予定である。買収条件は明らかにされていないが、Bloombergは、買収金額を4億ドルと報じている。
