It's not too hard to move from Linux Mint 20.3 to the long-term support of Linux Mint 21. But it's not a walk in the park, either.

The upgrade path from Linux Mint 21 to Linux Mint 21.1 is now open. Both versions use the same base so nothing major should go wrong but do follow the instructions closely for the smoothest upgrade.
