The Remote Rev function allows a Mustang owner to use the key fob to not only turn on the ignition of their pony, but also rev it all the way up to 5,000 rpm!

The fob sends a signal to a receiver inside the vehicle that disarms the car’s lock system. Key fobs are part of what is technically known as the vehicle’s remote keyless system, or RKS.
