Open your workbook and select the worksheet you want to print. Click the "Page Layout" tab. Click the "Print" checkbox under the Gridlines heading in the Sheet Options group.

You can set the print area of an Excel spreadsheet using the Print Area button to print only a selected area of a spreadsheet.
