Have you tried redeploying the machine in Azure? That will move the VM to a different node in Azure, just keep in mind that it will clear the temp drive and reboot the machine.

If Azure Virtual Machine (VM) is shutting down or stopping unexpectedly, make sure Linux agent is not glitching, machine has enough resources, etc.
