Open a text editor and load an existing JSP file or create a new one from a barebones HTML template. A JSP file has the same structure as an HTML file, with extra embedded commands between "" tags.

Right-click the JSP file you want to edit and select "Open With." Click the JSP editor you want to use to edit your code. Add the imported namespace at the top of your code.
