There are multiple ways to transfer your data across Excel worksheets and workbooks. You can copy data from one sheet to another, or move an entire sheet to another workbook altogether.

This enables you to update the source workbook's date, allowing Excel to extract that date and make it appear in the other worksheet.

To make this reusable across your workbook, you can name the function by going to the Formulas tab > Name Manager > New, and then assign a name to the LAMBDA function (e.g., AreaOfRectangle).

Excel found a problem with one or more formula references in this worksheet. Check that the cell references, range names, defined names, and links to other workbooks in your formulas are all correct.

Crisis averted–kind of. Permission to copy the entire workbook is another problem. For instance, if you open a protected Excel file in the browser edition, you can see hidden formulas.
