Look I just need to find a quick way of changing permissions / ownership on a Windows 7 drive. And, yes I will be doing this via Windows itself ( now isn't that ironic.) ...
In a modern collaborative business environment, shared ownership of files and folders, while encouraged for productivity's sake, must still be controlled and maintained.
2) If the file (or folder) doesn't exist then create it and set the permissions on the file to be owned by the Administrator account and full control to be given to the Administrator account.
