Add Notes: Place comments in the form of sticky notes directly on the PDF. Shapes: This lets you add pre-made shapes like rectangles, circles, and arrows to draw attention to specific areas.

Adding Text Notes to a PDF Select the Text Box tool from the Drawing Markups panel. Click, or click and drag, on your document to add a box with a colored border, and type your observations in it.

Click inside the text field and type your note. Add as many Sticky Notes as you desire. Save the PDF document when you are finished adding notes by pressing "Ctrl-S" simultaneously.
