Salesforce has launched a mobile version of its Chatter communication and collaboration software for BlackBerry, the iPhone and Google Android to herald the era of Cloud 2.

Beyond collaborating with colleagues, Salesforce Company Communities provides access to Salesforce apps as well as internal and third-party apps built on Salesforce’s Platform Mobile Services.

Salesforce currently provides free Salesforce1 native mobile shell apps for iOS and Android, which users can download from the appropriate store and use for viewing Salesforce1 Web content.
