The Victorian opposition has ramped up its calls for a pause to the multi-billion dollar Suburban Rail Loop East project in the wake of the federal budget.

Texas Department of Transportation's Loop 1604 expansion project, stretching from I-35 to Bandera Road, will cause fewer closures until after Labor Day.
