Customers have said that using error mitigation and error detection can enable them to get far more utility from Quantum Circuits than competing quantum computers.

A new technical paper titled “Error Detection and Correction Codes for Safe In-Memory Computations” was published by researchers at Robert Bosch, Forschungszentrum Julich, and Newcastle University.

While working for Bell Labs, he developed Hamming codes — the parent of a class of codes that detect, and sometimes correct, errors in everything from error-correcting memory to hard drives.
