Microsoft has released the September update for Azure Data Studio, bringing SQL Server command line mode in the Query Editor, Notebook improvements, the Query Editor Boost extension, and more.

The January 2019 release of Azure Data Studio also gets SQL Server Profiler improvements and a host of other updates for users.

A data visualization tool some four years in the making from Microsoft Research has been open sourced, available for use as an extension for Visual Studio Code or Azure Data Studio.
