An emoji button may be coming to the Taskbar on Windows 11 - MSN
A hidden option in the latest Windows 11 preview build suggests an emoji button will be landing on your Taskbar soon.
Microsoft has fixed a known issue causing restart loops and taskbar problems on Windows 11 systems after installing the June KB5039302 preview update.

On the right side, scroll down and click on Taskbar. Choose Taskbar behaviors. Uncheck the Show hover cards for inactive and pinned taskbar apps option to disable the hover cards.
If the Windows 11 Taskbar drag-and-drop feature is not working, manually re-enable Drag and Drop via Registry Editor.
