This is used to push all of the app icons down. Tap the Remove icon to get rid of them. If you accidentally tap the blank icon it’ll open Safari at David Smith’s web page (with instructions).

Tap App. Use the search field to find the app you want to change the icon of, then select it in the list. Tap the down facing chevron at the top next to "Open App". Tap Add to Home Screen.

Step 10: Hit "Add" in the upper right hand corner. Once you tap "Add," you can exit the Shortcuts app and your new app icon should display on your home screen.
