Microsoft adds: Excel users now have access to powerful analytics via Python for visualizations, cleaning data, machine learning, predictive analytics, and more.

Beyond CSV files, Python in Excel supports connections to databases and APIs, expanding its applications for diverse data challenges and decision-making.

This will enable users to perform complex statistical analysis, advanced visualizations, predictive analytics, and machine learning in Excel.

Python integration in Excel won’t require additional software or add-ons and is instead part of Excel’s built-in connectors and Power Query.
