Police providing an escort to bring the body of a security guard shot and killed over the weekend at an Enid hospital from Oklahoma City back home.

Texas Republicans forced Democrats to sign a slip authorizing a police officer to surveil them until Wednesday, when the House is scheduled to reconvene.
